  1. Sola Medica Healthcare Professional portal ("the Portal") is only accessible to registered healthcare professionals ("Users").

2.     Portal Content

  1. The information on the Portal is intended for the sole use of healthcare professionals and is not to be shared with the public unless stated otherwise.
  2. The information on the Portal includes, but is not limited to, product information, dosage, indication, and other healthcare-related information.
  3. Our company reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any information on the Portal at any time without prior notice.
  4. Users are strictly prohibited from downloading, copying, reproducing, uploading, or sharing any sensitive content for HCPs only from the Portal to any public platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, or file-sharing services, without the express written consent of our company.

3.     Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, related to the Portal and its content are owned by our company or our licensors.
  2. Users are not permitted to use the information on the Portal for commercial purposes or to reproduce, distribute, or display the information without our express written consent.
  3. Users agree not to use any automated tools, bots, or other software to scrape or gather information from the Portal.

4.     Confidentiality

  1. Users must maintain the confidentiality of the information on the Portal and not disclose any information to any third party unless required by law or by our company.
  2. Users must take reasonable measures to protect the information from unauthorized disclosure, including safeguarding their account login credentials.
  3. Our company reserves the right to monitor User activity on the Portal to ensure compliance with these terms of use and protect our intellectual property and business interests.

5.     Misuse of Portal

  2. Users who attend these events must comply with our company's code of conduct and professional ethics.
  3. Users may not register for the events on behalf of other individuals. Each user must register individually using their own account and personal information.

7.     Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  1. The information on the Portal is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
